Taking into account the groom's personality and his expectations is crucial for selecting suitable activities and the success of the JGA. That's why this is the first step you should take.

2. Group and communication channel:
Together with the groom, create a chat group in WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. with all participants who should be at the bachelor party. The groom leaves the group once everyone has been added. This is your main communication channel and the basis for coordination.

3. Budget and general conditions:
Create a group poll (possibly anonymously) to
   - the personal budget,
   - the right time,
   - possible duration of the bachelor party (1 day, 2-3 days...)
   - other general conditions or restrictions (e.g. fear of flying, family obligations)
for the bachelor party.

When it comes to the budget, it is helpful to specify different budget ranges to choose from, e.g. 200-300€/person. Remember that you will cover the costs for the groom. If the group is unsure or inexperienced when it comes to finding a budget, you can also look at the offers first and then agree on the budget. Sometimes this helps to get a feel for the costs of offers.
